My career in education started in Kentwood Public Schools (Kentwood, MI) in 2006. I taught mathematics at Crestwood Middle School and East Kentwood High School (EKHS) for seven years. In 2011, I began teaching in the Global Tech 21 program at EKHS, using project-based learning and technology to teach mathematics.
In 2013, I joined Communications By Design (CBD) as a Professional Learning Consultant. With CBD, I plan and develop technology integration professional development programs with school districts across Michigan and beyond. Additionally, I coach teachers and administrators on how to effectively utilize technology in their classrooms and schools.
